Tess Alonge is a Vice President in the Technology Group based out of the New York office. She is focused on investment due diligence, underwriting, and portfolio management across the technology market.

Tess joined Hercules as an Analyst in July 2020 and was most recently promoted to Vice President in July 2025. Prior to Hercules, she held positions within Jefferies’ Trading Operations group and General Electric’s Financial Management Program.

Tess graduated with high honors from Northeastern University with a B.S. in finance and a minor in social entrepreneurship.
