Seth was appointed President in May 2026. His responsibilities include overseeing the scaling, growth, diversification and further expansion of the Hercules platform.

He joined Hercules in March of 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, where he brings more than 35 years of international business management and strategic planning experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Hercules, he served as CFO of Swiss Re’s Commercial Insurance business, where he led a global finance team focused on business development, M&A, financial planning and reporting, and capital management.

Seth held several senior roles at Swiss Re, including Group Tax Director and Finance Division Operating Officer, before being appointed CFO in 2011. Prior to Swiss Re, he held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Jackson National Life Insurance Company, KPMG Peat Marwick, and Burke & Stegman CPAs.

Seth graduated with a B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University where he also completed an M.B.A.
