Max Krieg is a Vice President in the Life Sciences Group operating out of the New York City office. Max works on underwriting, executing, and monitoring investments for both public and private companies spanning various market verticals across healthcare and biotechnology.

Max joined Hercules as a Senior Analyst in 2022 and was most recently promoted to Vice President in 2026. Prior to Hercules, Max worked for Silicon Valley Bank where he underwrote loans to health tech and medical device startups across the NorCal region.

Max graduated from Haverford College with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Statistics.
