Alexandra Henderson is a Vice President in the Life Sciences Group at Hercules Capital working in the Boston office. Alexandra focuses on evaluating, structuring, and managing investments in both public and private growth-stage life sciences and healthcare companies across the biotechnology, specialty pharmaceuticals, medical device, and healthcare services sectors.

Alexandra joined Hercules Capital in October 2020 and was most recently promoted to Vice President in July 2025. Prior to joining Hercules, Alexandra began her career at Santander Bank, where she completed a comprehensive credit training program with a focus on credit analysis, risk underwriting, and loan structuring.

Alexandra graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in both Science-Business and English and earned her CFA charter in July 2022.
