Jasmine Saadati is Director of Corporate Development for Hercules Capital and Hercules Adviser LLC. In this role, Jasmine leads institutional fundraising, LP relationships, and capital formation across Hercules’ private fund platform.

Jasmine joined Hercules from SVB Capital, where she spent over a decade in roles spanning credit investments, product development, and investor relations. She most recently served as Principal of Investor Relations, where she led capital formation, product strategy, and investor relations across SVB Capital’s credit and equity vehicles. Over her tenure she helped launch its credit platform, three fund-of-funds offerings and served on the Investment Committee of SVB Capital’s first Latin American Venture Debt fund. Earlier in her career at SVB, Jasmine was a founding member of the Mezzanine/Strategic Capital team, where she sourced, underwrote, and managed a senior and subordinated debt portfolio, and spent a year based in London leading the firm’s growth lending expansion into EMEA.

Jasmine holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
