Christian is the Chief Operating Officer of Hercules Capital. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, driving operational efficiency, and leading strategic initiatives across the firm.

Christian joined Hercules in 2006 as an analyst intern in the Palo Alto office and has held progressively senior roles throughout his tenure, including Associate, Director of Investment Analysis and Strategy, and Senior Director of Operations and Strategic Projects before being appointed Chief Operating Officer in February 2022.

Christian graduated from Northeastern University and Reutlingen University in Germany, receiving a Bachelor of Science in International Business from each institution.
