Kate Kinlin joined Hercules in April 2022 as the Vice President of Human Resources. Kate has over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.

Most recently, Kate was the Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources for Capital Crossing Servicing Company. Kate oversaw the HR function for Capital Crossing and two subsidiary companies, Capital Crossing Puerto Rico and Lendsteam Small Business Finance. While there, she managed recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and the payroll function. Prior to joining Capital Crossing, she was the HR Manager for F-Squared Investments.

Kate has a Bachelor of Science in Leadership & Economics from the University of Delaware.
