Steve joined Hercules in July, 2019 as Treasurer, and is responsible for the company’s banking, capital markets and funding activities. Steve has approximately 20 years of experience in Finance and Treasury.

Prior to joining Hercules, he served as Vice President and Director of Finance for Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he led the capital markets and treasury areas and completed approximately $20 billion of transactions for the company. His experience also includes serving as the Director of Real Estate for a $150 million real estate investment company and as a Senior Associate in the Financial Advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Steve is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a JD from Boston University School of Law, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
