Hercules offers two summer internship opportunities – Analyst and Associate positions. Summer Analyst positions are designed for rising college seniors, and Summer Associate positions are designed for rising second-year MBA students (or students with one year remaining to complete an advanced degree).

Due to the relatively small size of the professional staff, teams are typically small and Summer Interns therefore take on important and integral roles within the firm. Summer Interns are expected to assume similar responsibilities as Hercules’ full-time Analysts and Associates. As a result, our interns are often given multiple assignments at a time and have the opportunity to participate in many aspects of projects. Candidates who receive an offer will begin the 10 week Internship program in early June.
